Art History Society

Art History Society is a club for any student with an interest in art history. We provide a place not only to talk and share ideas about exhibitions, artists, and courses but an active group that plans trips, interdisciplinary seminars, and services for the Department of Art. Past and present activities include, but are not limited to, weekend excursions to museums and galleries in Columbia, Chicago, and Des Moines; interdisciplinary presentations centered around the Sistine Chapel and China; and informational presentations about art historical graduate school programs and internship/research experiences.
