Facilities
The Art Department is located in a renovated building that once was a Junior High School, serving as a teaching laboratory for student teachers at Northeast Missouri Normal Teachers College. Ophelia Parrish was opened in the Fall of 2001 housing the departments of Art, Music and Theater. The renovated hall includes state-of-the art studios for ceramics, sculpture, painting, photography, printmaking, and fibers, as well as computer labs for visual communications and digital imaging. There are also new spacious facilities for foundation drawing and design classes.
